MAKU Gölhisar MYO Forestry Department Practical Training

Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Gölhisar Vocational School Forestry Department students participated in a practical training event as part of the dendrometry course.

The practice, conducted under the supervision of Forestry Department Head Prof. Dr. Özdemir Şentürk, was organized to contribute to the students' professional development. During the event, students had the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in the field and improve their practical skills in dendrometry.

In the practical training conducted on the vocational school campus and its surroundings, students gained hands-on experience in tree measurement techniques and dendrometric calculations. Measurement tools used in the field were introduced to the students, and tree height, diameter, and volume calculation methods were demonstrated practically.
